Hatha Vinyassa Flow Yoga for Adults (Beginners/Intermediate level classes)

In these yoga classes, Bibi introduces adults to the classic yoga poses in the from of the vinyassa flow sequence, following the Hatha Yoga principles. Yoga is a psychophysical exercise working both on the body and the way we think, the mind. The poses in combination with the breath get your heart rate going, re-vitalize internal organs, stimulate and balance the nervous system as well as stretch and strengthen the body and mind/spirit. By staying physically and mentally agile and imaginative, yoga gives us the foundation to become more self-assured, clear - thinking, healthy, and hopefully more responsible people in this world. Despite the structure of the lessons, the poses, though challenging are psychologically uplifting and a lot of fun!!!

  • Private lessons: Yen 8000
  • Group lessons with a minimum of 4 adults: Yen 2500 per person (Yen 8000 monthly pass)

All Levels Welcome!! Classes are in English with a little Japanese. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a small towel.

Please bring your own yoga mat. Blocks and straps are provided.

PLEASE NOTE:  These are not prenatal yoga classes. For persons with recent or past injuries and health problems please consult your physician about doing yoga first and then inform the instructor.
